- Bạn là người gửi. Công ty bạn chịu trách nhiệm theo luật về thư quảng cáo và dữ liệu cá nhân; CoCollie chỉ cung cấp công cụ.You are the sender. Your company is legally responsible for marketing messages and personal data; CoCollie only provides the tool.
- Bạn duyệt danh sách và nội dung, kể cả phần do AI đề xuất hoặc soạn.You approve the list and the content, including what AI suggests or drafts.
- Không dùng danh sách mua bán hoặc thu thập trái phép.No bought lists or unlawfully collected data.
- Tôn trọng từ chối ngay: không gửi tiếp cho người đã từ chối, không xóa danh sách từ chối.Honour opt-outs immediately: never contact someone who opted out, never delete the opt-out list.
